Please carefully examine the sound port. It could be filled with ear wax, blocking the sound. Another possibility is that a bit of oil from your fingers touched the battery and thereby interrupted the contact. You can carefully clean the battery contacts with a cotton swab and a drop of alcohol; this should fix the problem. If this doesn’t help, you may contact us or return the Auditio with an accompanying note for repair.
