You can order extra batteries through this website. Batteries can also be acquired through any Audiologist, electronic store, or department store.

When holding the club make sure the headphone does not get too close to the device

Both batteries have to be changed at the same time. If you have new batteries and the problem persists (they run out in a few minutes) it can be the case that there is short circuit, and Club has to be returned for repairs.

Probably your hearing deficit is too severe. When this is the case Club might not have enough amplification. Best advice is to return the Club.

batteries are getting empty, or the earpiece of Club does not completely close the hearing channel. When batteries are empty please change them both. When sound leaks (beeping in the ear) please see the instruction manual about adjusting the earpiece.

Please change batteries (both) and clean the batterycontacts. If this does not work Club is probably broken. Please return Babble for repair. Our address is:
